Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga

PROXi Virtual Production played a key role in designing and executing the high-octane "Stowaway to Nowhere" sequence in Furiosa. Collaborating with director George Miller and action designer Guy Norris, the PROXi team used Unreal Engine to pre-visualize every aspect of the scene, creating a dynamic sandbox for refining stunts, camera angles, and vehicle choreography.

With real-time rendering, the team accurately simulated physics for stunts like the “skiing parachutists,” ensuring the scene could be executed safely and precisely during live filming. This approach minimised uncertainty on set and allowed Miller to capture authentic, high-speed action.
